7. Learning from the rejected Saviour - 6:1-29
Our hope as a church is to make Christ known. We know living as disciples of Jesus on mission will inevitably lead to experiencing rejection. Josh shows from Mark that rejection isn’t the end of the story. It’s a invitation to Endure - when you feel misunderstood at home, rejected in your workplace, or weary in your witness—don’t give up. Jesus didn’t. And because He didn’t, we don’t have to either. Mark 6 is for the disciple who feels dishonoured. It’s for the one who’s weary. It’s for the one who’s been rejected. It’s for you and me. Because the King who was rejected now reigns. And He’s calling you to follow Him—even if it costs you everything.
